P-217 Deed of Conveyance
F From Isham Warmack To Hardin Williams This Indenture made this eleventh day of April One Thousand eight hundred and twenty five between Isham Warmack of teh State of Tennessee and County of marion and of the one part and Hardin william of the County of Jackson and State of Alabama of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Isham Warmack for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Hardin William the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and cinfirmed unto the said Hardin williams and his heirs and assigsns forever a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being the county of Marion and aforesaid waters of Battle Creek in Sweetens Cove it being an equal Moity of a one hundred and eighty acre tract granted to the Isham Warmack by the State of Tennessee it being the west half of said tract. To Have and to hold the aforesaid land with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances on in and to the same belinging or in any wise appurtenances on in and to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper use and behoof and benefit of him Hardin Williams and his heirs and assigns forever and the said Isham Warmack for him self and his heirs executors and the administrators and assigns doth covenant and agree to and with the said Isham Harris and William Hardin his heirs and assigns that the before occupied land he will forever defend against the right title interest or claim of all and every persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said Isham Harris have hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal this day and your first above written. Isham Warmach (Seal)
