You don't understand. Mandrake was an adventurer, and like all adventurers he sought adventure. What else would he seek? But this guy had a little problem; Bad Luck.
You see, Mandrake wasn't stupid. And his skill with a sword was over average. He didn't lack any experience either. This guy has travelled places most people would never even dream existed. Its just that, well, its been said that after all the Dragons of Britannia die out, one will still manage to kill him. The guy attracts monsters, especially dragons. Dragon slayers have been known to follow Mandrake around just to get some work done. But Mandrake never stops trying. His heart is pure and true, and although he dies constantly, he never gives up….
