In Mormon cosmology, the top world or degree is called the Celestial Kingdom.
This place is reserved for faithful members of the Mormon Church only, and has three levels within itself.
In order to qualify for this world, the fourth article of faith is a good starting point.
The next point is to receive your temple endowments.
Mormons believe that this earth is alive, will die and be resurrected, and then become the celestial kingdom after the Millennium.
Once in the celestial kingdom, each person will receive a white stone to be used as a divination device for learning all the knowledge of the universe. It also contains each person's secret name.
Those of the celestial kingdom will enjoy the presence of God and Christ always.
