This database excludes Pictures included on the main
page...
THIS IS THE LAST NEWS ARCHIVE WHICH USES MANUAL UPDATING -
The London Tube now uses News Pro.
16th March 2002:
What did we tell you? It would be worth the wait...
and it was! The Circle Line Phase I (of
the project) has now been officially released. Click
here to download the file.
13th March 2002:
Wow - Just had a quick run of the beta
test of the Circle Line.
I am impressed. At last, we are beginning to see sub-surface routes,
allowing a more detailed history of the underground to be told.
The current route runs between Aldgate and Edgeware Road, and from what I
saw, I was very impressed and it was just as good as the screenshots
promised! This is defiantly one to look forward too, people!
11th March 2002:
More Excuses Excuses from yours truly! This time, it
was flu. However updates have taken place on the following pages....
East London Line - New Screenshot of a
very photo-realistic Shadwell station have been added.
Circle Line - More screenshots from
this superb route have been added, although you could say one or two of
them were actual photo's! It's amazing!
Piccadilly Line - A screenshot and
Beta Review of Tom Beevers work in progress.
Kings Line - Excellent Pre Alpha
Screenshots (we were told it was pre-alpha, but if it is, then I can't
wait to see the full version!!!) of this excellent route which Alex Farlie
and Myself have been very privileged to try out.
Also, the new version of BVE is now available from Mr.
Mackoys Site at: http://mackoy.cool.ne.jp
7th March 2002:
Sorry for the lack of recent updates - This time it's personal
reasons.
Right... here goes...

here to see the new site.
I will be posting a FULL UPDATE within the next 24 hours - Keep checking
the site - This is just to let you know I'm still around. :)

March 2002:
Wow, what a week it's been in the world of BVE LUL!
-
Kings Line - Alex
Farlie and I both received a pre-beta copy of this amazing
route. Believe me, it is one worth waiting for and it's
distracting me for continuing with my second point...
-
Beck Line - Total
recoding is taking place transferring RW to CSV - Not a massively easy
job, as all the free objects are being changed too - Still expect
release around mid to end of April though - I'm not that far behind
the schedule. This too, will be a route worth waiting for, if I
must say so myself. Phase 2 and 3 will follow shortly after the
Districts Release.
-
Piccadilly Line
- Entering the Beta Test stages as we speak - Watch this space.
-
District Line -
David and I will be producing this as a joint effort after the Kings
Line and Beck Phase 1.
-
Central Line -
The Central Line has now become a joint project between John Owen and
Richard Di Palma.
Also, I must apologize for the lack of updates of late -
This is due to a temporary problem with the computer containing the files
for the website, which has now been sorted.
Regular service and daily updates resume from now on, with the posting of
some Kings Line Pre Alpha Test screenshots and some Piccadilly ones when
Tom Beevers releases the beta test.
