So as this site does not become a slinging match of unsubstantiated stories exposing both you and I to be sued, I require any man or woman submitting a complaint to supply me with their evidence as far as possible in a Statutory Declaration form (original document and hard copy by post) signed by both themselves and a JP. The format below may be copied and used for this purpose.

All complaints must come by way of email to me first. After this first contact I can provide my post drop for other documents/evidence/donation to be sent as necessary.
